Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Laundry & Home Care division, we are now looking for you as a Manager Digital Transformation LHC (f/m/d). In the 18 months Talent program, you will have the opportunity to work in different Business Units and on different topics. Most of the time you are based at the Henkel headquarter in Düsseldorf, but an abroad placement up to three months can be discussed individually. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Manager Digital Transformation LHC (f/m/d).

Aufgaben

  • Participation in the 18 month digital talent program including lots of practical experience and personal responsibility
  • Assure uninterrupted operation of Industry 4.0 applications on site
  • Implement Industry 4.0 projects and continuously improve the development as well as the penetration of Industry 4.0 tools
  • Operate the Digital Gym
  • Develop and manage a Digital Twin of a typical Supply Chain asset by using Big Data and leveraging information captured through existing Digital Backbone
  • Responsible for the communication with key counterparts in dx
  • Support qualification of workforce in Industry 4.0 according to base and advanced expert fit 
  • Connect to key Industry 4.0 suppliers

Job Anforderungen

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Internship in comparable FMCG industry and project experience
  • Knowledge of data usage as well as the development of custom data models and algorithms
  • Hands on experience with one of the Following: Python, Java, PySpark, Databricks, Tableau
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Analytical, organizational and problem-solving competencies
  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
  • Experience with agile methods like Scrum
  • Strong team orientation and high level of motivation
  • Secure language skills in German and English
