Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Adhesives Business Unit, we are now looking for you as Global B2B Digital Activation Expert (m/f/d). In this 18 months talent program, you will have the opportunity to get in contact with the biggest online marketplaces and work with different Business Units in the USA, China, India, Europe and in the headquarter in Düsseldorf. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Global B2B Digital Activation Expert (m/f/d) and support the development and execution of the online sales strategy in the B2B sector based on product, price, distribution landscape and policies worldwide.


  • Opportunity to participate in the 18 months Digital Talent Program with hands-on experience in key digital projects 
  • Support Global Digital Activation Transformation by deploying and optimizing new Capabilities
  • Design, develop and launch new Global Integrated Campaign Blueprints
  • Develop training material and lead live training sessions
  • Promote Demand Generation and Loyalty strategy and Activation
  • Coordinate and manage Digital Operations resources
  • Evaluation and implementation of digital tools, processes and initiatives to increase digital sales efficiency
  • Monitoring competitors‘ activities and relevant e-commerce developments to determine growth opportunities
  • Support the design and building of integrated Digital Marketing pilots to test new Customer Engagement Ecosystems

Job Anforderungen

  • Master degree in Digital Transformation or Marketing Cloud Certification
  •  2-3 years of digital expertise
  • Data & KPI oriented
  • Integrated Digital Campaigns expertise
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to train and teach people
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Digital mindset - you know where and how digital things happen
  • Marketing cloud knowledge and good knowledge of BI tools 
  • Good knowledge as a Business user of Agile, Agile Project Management 
  • International work experience
  • Good understanding of B2B & B2C markets
  • Systematic and strategic thinking
