Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Adhesives Business Unit, we are now looking for you as Global Digital Data Strategy Expert (m/f/d). In this 18 months talent program, you will have the opportunity to get in contact with the biggest online marketplaces and work with different Business Units in the USA, China, India, Europe and in the headquarter in Düsseldorf. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Global Digital Data Strategy Expert (m/f/d) and support the development and execution of the online sales strategy in the B2B sector based on product, price, distribution landscape and policies worldwide.

  • Support our Digital Marketing Activation & Engagement Strategy by delivering insightful B2B data-driven recommendations based on CLTV, ROI & machine learning models and enable performance-driven culture 
  • Support the team to build up global B2B data strategy and data model to support Businesses and Markets in boosting overall Marketing & Sales digital campaigns effectiveness and revenues  
  • Develop insightful data driven recommendations based on customer lifetime value, ROI analysis, lead scoring, machine learning and predictive data modeling 
  • Coordinate and manage data operations and analysis resources
  • Consult and train global and cross-functional teams on Data Strategy & insights, and Digital Marketing Performance
  • Ensure data integration, quality, consistency, compliance and growth

Job Anforderungen

  • Master degree Marketing/Business Analysis/Data Strategy 
  • 2-3 years of digital expertise
  • Data and KPI oriented
  • Expertise for integrated digital campaigns
  • Very good knowledge as a Business user of Reporting & BI tools, Advanced Excel as well as Web & SEO Analytics tools
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Great presentation skills 
  • Ability to train and teach people
  • Fluent English language skills, any other language is good to have 
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social Analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr), Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Science (e.g. understanding of R or Python as a Business user), Database management and SQL
  • Good knowledge as a Business user of Agile, Agile Project Management, Business Process Modelling, Requirement Analysis
