Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Adhesives Business Unit, we are now looking for you as eCommerce Specialist (m/f/d). In this 18 months talent program, you will have the opportunity to get in contact with the biggest online marketplaces and work with different Business Units in the USA, China, India, Europe and in the headquarter in Düsseldorf. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as an eCommerce Specialist (m/f/d) and support the development and execution of the online sales strategy in the B2B sector based on product, price, distribution landscape and policies worldwide.

Aufgaben

  • Managing the development and ongoing maintenance of eCommerce platforms (owned & 3rd party)
  • Identifying new opportunities and refining the current approach
  • Collaborate with capability leads and cross functional teams to increase the conversion rate and funnel velocity 
  • Leveraging data and analytics to refine the eCommerce strategy 
  • Acting as COE with a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space (best practices and industry trends) 
  • Providing daily support on business activities that boost channel performance on marketplaces, such as Amazon
  • Collaborating with local teams to drive growth on marketplaces including making recommendations on portfolio optimization (product, pricing ,content) and advertising
  • Monitoring KPIs and working with marketplace and internal teams to solve issues
  • Championing best practices and organizational focus to deliver growth

Job Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry
  • Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
  • International work experience
  • Good understanding of B2B & B2C markets
  • Naturally curious with creative problem solving skills, always learning
  • Think outside of a functional role
  • Take full responsibility and ownership for own tasks, decisions, and outcomes
  • A strong customer orientation and collaborative approach
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams from around the world
