Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Adhesives Business Unit, we are now looking for you as B2B Account Based Marketing Manager (m/f/d). In this 18 months talent program, you will have the opportunity to get in contact with the biggest online marketplaces and work with different Business Units in the USA, China, India, Europe and in the headquarter in Düsseldorf. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a B2B Account Based Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and support the development and execution of the online sales strategy in the B2B sector based on product, price, distribution landscape and policies worldwide.

Aufgaben

  • Generate demand at scale for B2B business
  • Identify key end customer insights within a wide range of industries
  • Translate those customer insights into content strategy
  • Maximize efficiency of content strategy through in-bound and out-bound tactics
  • Continuously optimize efficiency of demand generation activities based on data
  • Drive an account based marketing strategy by penetrating strategic target accounts 
  • Support the development and execution of the online sales strategy (B2B) based on product, price, distribution landscape and policies
  • Evaluation and implementation of digital tools, processes and initiatives to increase digital sales efficiency

Job Anforderungen

  • Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant industry/consumer experience
  • Digital mindset - you know where and how digital things happen
  • Data and KPI oriented
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
  • Strong affinity for Data
  • Team player with strong ability to communicate
  • International work experience
  • Good understanding of B2B & B2C markets
  • Project management skills
  • Ideally additional experience in sales management
  • Systematic and strategic thinking
  • Fluent English language skills
