Henkel is aware that a changing environment requires changing business. For that reason, the contents of their Digital Talent Program are based on the strategic core areas and beating heart of their transformative process. Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Beauty Care division, we are now looking for you as a Junior Global eCRM Manager (f/m/d). In the 18 months Talent program, you will have the opportunity to work in different Business Units and topics. Most of time you are based at the Henkel headquarter in Düsseldorf, but an abroad placement up to three months can be discussed individually. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Junior Global eCRM Manager (f/m/d). You will be responsible for topics like automation and personalization of the Henkel customer journey in regards to the Beauty Care Business environment.


  • Participation in the 18 month Digital Talent Program with hands-on experience
  • Support with the implementation of the global eCRM strategy 
  • Take an active role in the development and roll-out of new eCRM initiatives to countries (e.g. technological pilots, loyalty programs, campaign plans, lifecycle communication maps)
  • Assist in the definition, creation and roll-out of global eCRM campaigns (content plans, asset development or adaption, customer journey setup in eCRM tools, etc.)
  • Measure eCRM effectiveness and success by monitoring, assessing and reporting on eCRM campaign performance (defined goals & KPIs)
  • Consult regional and local teams on eCRM strategy adaption, campaigns, and usage of global eCRM tools
  • Create training and upskilling concepts and materials for the organization (global as well as local teams) and our customers 
  • Steer eCRM/digital marketing agencies and design teams

Job Anforderungen

  • You completed either a Bachelor or Master business degree, with focus on Marketing and/or Media
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management​, ideally at an FMCG company, cosmetics retailer, cosmetic goods manufacturer, or digital agency that works for clients from the beauty industry
  • You have first experience in the implementation of CRM programs in an international environment
  • You are familiar with customer acquisition and retention strategies​
  • You are creative, reliable and organized with the ability to handle projects independently 
  • You are a self-starter with a strong drive and good project management skills, agile working methods ​
  • You possess good communication skills and an advanced level of English as a second language​
  • You are technically and digitally savvy and have first experience in using a wide range of digital tools (CRM databases, marketing automation software)
