Henkel is aware that a changing environment requires changing business. For that reason, the contents of their Digital Talent Program are based on the strategic core areas and beating heart of their transformative process. Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Beauty Care division, we are now looking for you as a Junior Manager eCRM and D2C Services (f/m/d). In the 18 months Talent program, you will have the opportunity to work in different Business Units and topics. Most of time you are based at the Henkel headquarter in Düsseldorf, but three months of the program will be part of the corresponding US Unit, where you get to know the local Business Unit. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Manager eCRM and D2C Services (f/m/d). You will be responsible for topics like automation and personalization of the Henkel customer journey in regards to the Beauty Care Business environment.

Aufgaben

  • Develop strategies to collect 1st party data & analyse them to draw insights
  • Responsible for marketing automation and personalization to consumers of Henkel Beauty Care
  • Conceptualize & execute various end to end customer journeys & approaches to drive member engagement  
  • Leverage data to conceptualize and help launch a D2C pilot entirely by yourself
  • Develop a country specific CRM business case and implement the program technically
  • Provide productive and relevant advice to team members in your defined tasks

Anforderungen

  • Master degree in Business Administration, ideally with focus Information science, marketing
  • Salesforce marketing cloud experience 
  • Worked with SAP CDC, Adobe AEM & Salesforce lightning cloud
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation tools and the ability to use them on a daily basis
  • Worked with agile methodologies (scrum)
  • Experience with the conceptualization of customer journeys and implementing them in marketing automation platforms
  • Ideally first experience with D2C businesses
  • Fluent English language skills
