Henkel is aware that a changing environment requires changing business. For that reason, the contents of their Digital Talent Program are based on the strategic core areas and beating heart of their transformative process. Each core area outlines the direction of the knowledge and skills that participants will acquire during the selected program stream.

For the Laundry & Home Care division, we are now looking for you as a Global Manager Connected Commerce LHC (f/m/d). In the 18 months Talent program, you will have the opportunity to work in different Business Units and on different topics. Most of the time you are based at the Henkel headquarter in Düsseldorf, but three months of the program will take place in another country, for example China, where you get to know the local Business Unit. From day one throughout the program you will take the full responsibility and gain the ability to work as a Global Manager Connected Commerce LHC (f/m/d) and drive the digital marketing strategy.

Aufgaben

  • Get an encompassing overview and deep understanding of the interdependencies in the different digital disciplines by on-the-job projects
  • Develop and steer the digital marketing strategy for the key markets and measure the impact of paid media
  • Develop and evaluate paid, owned and earned digital touchpoints for specific categories, campaigns and brands
  • Analyse digital behavioral data from social media, websites and eCom 
  • Create consumer journeys with content and technical implementation for countries that are driving business success
  • Roll out global eCRM programs to new markets
  • Exploit new online revenue potentials with existing and new customers by Ecommerce product innovation, and eCommerce activations and content play

Anforderungen

  • Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • First expertise in digital marketing strategy & activation, paid media strategy and digital business modeling
  • Digitally savvy with a motivation to break new grounds and shape pioneer work globally  
  • Ability to translate analytic-strategic thinking into operational, creative action
  • Versatile communication style (in word and writing) and routine in presentation techniques
  • Willingness to integrate into an international team, strong networking skills
  • Interested in leading multinational project teams
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Fluent English language skills
