Francotyp Postalia Holding is currently in a transformation phase. From a traditional manufacturer to a digital global player. The HR team is one of the teams driving this transformation. As a Senior HR Specialist for Controlling you are part of the newly established Center of Excellence. This means that you will help determine the direction of HR controlling and the establishment of a suitable Performance & Reward system. Close to VP HR, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic areas and help shape the future of Francotyp Postalia Holding in the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptual development and monitoring of a qualitative HR controlling system
  • Implementation, maintenance and further development of HR KPIs as well as interpretation and analysis
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, recommendations for action and decision-making bases
  • Implementation of annual HR processes in the area of Compensation & Benefits, including payroll management and the performance planning and assessment process
  • Design, implementation and further development of compensation systems
  • Determination of personnel expenses and personnel planning within the framework of the projections and medium-term planning

Requirements

  • Structured and organized working method with both, an eye for details and a big picture view
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel - ideally also in the standard software SAP
  • Conscientiousness in handling sensitive data
  • Fluency in English, German business fluent
  • Confident appearance at board level
  • Relevant professional experience in (personnel) controlling
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Experience with grading systems desirable
