As an Account Executive (m/f/d) you are responsible for the acquisition of new customers. You are part of the Outbound Sales team and work closely with the business development team to convert leads into customers. In this role you will be a key driver of our growth strategy in the DACH market.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of lead generation strategies
  • Control of the entire deal-life cycle from qualification, validation to closing
  • Development of business cases for the introduction of HR software on the basis of customer-specific requirements
  • Control of the entire buying center of the lead up to C-level 
  • Coordination of new customer requirements with the team to systematically identify potential for new customer groups
  • Continuous development of our processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our work

Requirements

  • You have been able to prove yourself successfully in the last 2-3 years in sales and already have experience in software solution sales.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are proactive and know how to get involved to advance the pipeline and conversion rate.
  • You are strong in communication and can adapt to different conversation partners.
  • You distinguish yourself through your empathy and skills as a good listener to understand in depth the demands and challenges of the leads. 
  • Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who does not "sell" anything, but works out solutions together with the prospect to create a true added value.
  • You see yourself as a team player who supports his colleagues at all times in order to achieve the common goal.
