Job Description

We are looking for a positive, solution oriented and kind hearted community manager.

As a Community Manager you are responsible for managing and processing user feedback gathered across ayeT's ad network. You'll communicate with users from around the world, try to make them happy. In this context you'll analyze their feedback and create actionable insights used across different products of our product landscape. You'll be in charge to streamline the user feedback process using various tools. Moreover, you can show your creativity coming up with ideas on how to grow and improve the community as a whole.


  • Manage and process user feedback across ayeT's ad network.
  • Analyze feedback and create actionable insights to improve workflows and results. Work with different functions within ayeT and communicate your findings.
  • Improve and streamline the feedback process across a large number of different apps and websites
  • Come up with creative ideas on how to grow and improve the community among users of our offerwalls


  • Nice and positive
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Preferably basic understanding of online and mobile advertising models
