We are looking for a People & Organization Manager to support us with all HR and Office Management related topics to grow our company.

You will be in charge of constantly sourcing and finding new talents for our company. You will be helping with structuring and enhancing ayeT's recruiting process. Part of your job will be to organzie our onbaording process across departments while also accompanying new employees through their first few weeks at ayeT.

An additional responsibility will be to organize regular team events and to manage our office and team equipment so everybody feels welcome and is ready to work starting on day one.

We are intersted in your ideas to improve our talent acqusition. For that you will help to build an employer branding strategy as well as a presence at Hannover's universities to acqurie top talent at recruiting fairs and events.

Responsibilities

  • You are in charge of the well being of employees working at ayeT
  • You will organize team events
  • You are taking care of office and employee equipment
  • You support employees with administrative HR related topics like paying salaries, handing out payslips, parental leave, vacation days, sick leave, child care support, reference letters, and much more)
  • You are in charge of talent acquisiton for ayeT-Studios
  • You create and manage open job positions in close cooperation with managemet
  • You source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels and will establish a first contact with interesting candidates
  • You conduct initial interviews with candidates and coordinate the further interview process in close cooperation with management
  • You accompany applicants through the entire recruiting cycle, prepare contract offers and organize the onboarding of new employees
  • You are involved in strategic HR projects (e.g. employer branding, organizational development)
  • You expand the university marketing in Hannover and represent ayeT-Studios at recruiting fairs and events
  • You fully support the visa and relocation processes of new employees from abroad
  • You bring in new ideas to further optimize and streamline all HR processes

Requirements

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience working in HR
  • You have a university degree in HR, Business Psychology, Economics or a related field
  • You enjoy working with people and are a positive and happy person
  • You are highly self-organized and able to manage a large lists of candidates
  • You are outcome driven and result-oriented
  • You are confident handling Word and Excel
  • You have native German language skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You habe experiene with HR Tools (optional)
