We are looking for a People & Organization Manager to support us with all HR and Office Management related topics to grow our company.
You will be in charge of constantly sourcing and finding new talents for our company. You will be helping with structuring and enhancing ayeT's recruiting process. Part of your job will be to organzie our onbaording process across departments while also accompanying new employees through their first few weeks at ayeT.
An additional responsibility will be to organize regular team events and to manage our office and team equipment so everybody feels welcome and is ready to work starting on day one.
We are intersted in your ideas to improve our talent acqusition. For that you will help to build an employer branding strategy as well as a presence at Hannover's universities to acqurie top talent at recruiting fairs and events.
