We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Manager who can help us grow our publisher base across various verticals like gaming, cashback shopping, skin trading, dating, social or esports gambling.

You will be responsible for creating lists of potential clients, initiating a first contact to key decision makers and making video calls with clients to pitch and consult about our solution. Creating and presenting slides an marketing material is an essential part of your work as well as making revenue forecasts for our potential clients. Part of your job will be to attend conferences and meet with clients in person. For that you will travel the world and will be in touch with companies from countries in North America, South America, Europe or Asia.


  • Creating and finding lists of potential new clients and detecting key pain points that ayeT's platform can solve
  • Guide clients through the entire sales, onboarding and customer success process, from initial contact to final contract signing as well as onboarding, upselling and key account scaling
  • Thinking about and finding creative ways to start a first conversation with key decision makers to pitch ayeT's solutions
  • Create slide decks and sales material in order to support your pitch along a predefined sales process
  • Go the extra mile and use your creativity to close deals
  • Owning the client's success by supporting with Onboarding and regularly following up to guarantee customer success and to scale key accounts
  • Attend conferences to represent our brand, participate in panels and meet new business clients
  • Own a data driven approach to enhance Outbound Sales Processes
  • Provide valuable input to the team to help drive product changes


  • 3 to 5 years of experience working for a sales department in the a SaaS / PaaS / Comsumption Based Software Services Company
  • Highly self-organized and able to manage a large list of potential clients
  • Experienced in account based marketing methods
  • Experienced in creating outbound lead funnels
  • Understanding what it takes for companies to build processes and to use tools to create successful outbound lead funnels
  • Knowing what it takes to convert outbound lead funnels into active customers
  • Familiar with lead nurturing processes
  • Understanding the difference of inbound and outbound lead funnels and the associated sales approach for each.
  • CRM Experience (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience in the gaming industry would be great (optional)
  • Experience in the ad tech industry (optional)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
